The Kevin’s Gifts Program –
Blessings From Heaven For Many In Need…
The Kevin From Heaven Foundation is grateful for all of the wonderful support that we have received since 2010. It is only through the generosity of a vast network of businesses, families, friends and even strangers that we are able to help others. It is truly our privilege to reach out in Kevin’s name and try to make even a small difference in someone’s life.
As of our 7th Annual Night at the Ballpark, The Kevin From Heaven Foundation has assisted over 300 families struggling with traumatic, life- changing events such as the death of a family member, the loss of an income or the struggle of a chronic illness. Kevin’s Gifts come in many forms: from financial assistance to pay a mortgage, a car or a tuition payment, to the delivery of heating oil in the winter, or the giving of gift cards for purchasing clothing and food. In addition, the Foundation makes annual donations to 5 scholarship funds started in Kevin’s honor including The St Joseph the Protector School Scholarship, The Crusader Football Scholarship, and to the Philadelphia FOP in the name of Officer William McConnell.
Finally, a number of Kevin’s Gifts are presented anonymously during the holiday season to assist those individuals and families in providing a gift, a meal or shelter. These gifts, this help, this message, is Kevin’s legacy. It is his present to us all. For it is through assisting others that we can experience the joys of selflessness, gratitude, hope and Phaith. Through the eyes of a child we are reminded that it is love that can change the world, one small gift at a time.
